Twinsize comes in your choice of three lengths:
38" x 74" Twin Regular Electropedic Adjustable Bed for people 5'3" and shorter
38" x 80" Twin Extra Long Electropedic Adjustable Bed for people between 5'5" and 6'1". and
38" x 84" Twin (CA) King Length Electropedic Adjustable Bed for people over 6'1"
Although, a Regular Size Bed is OK when you are flat, you lose almost 8" in the bending of the bed (You don't want to buy the most comfortable bed in the world, and then your feet are hanging over). If you are "between" sizes, Electropedic asks you 2 questions: 1. Are your legs longer than normal? 2. Do you like to tuck in your sheets by the foot of your bed. If you answer yes to either question, we recommend to go the longer length. You can almost always find Twin Extra Long bottom fitted sheets in the department stores. 38" x 84" are not to be found - you can buy them from Electropedic, though, in Blue, Beige or White. Your existing Twin top sheets will work over you. When you put two Twin Extra Longs side by side you have the same dimensions as a Kingsize Bed, 76" x 80" (2--38" x 80") - You put bottom fitted sheets on the bottom, and most people put Kingsize flat sheets, spreads, blankets, etc. on top.
Full size or Double size comes in your choice of two sizes:
53" x 74" Full Regular Electropedic Adjustable Bed for people 5'3" and shorter
53" x 80" Full Extra Long Electropedic Adjustable Bed for people between 5'4" and 6'1"
53" x 84" Full (CA) King Length Electropedic Adjustable Bed for people over 6'1"
Again, we recommend the Extra Long for most people. The Full Extra Long bottom sheets are not available in department stores. Please call Electropedic. If you have room, and the budget, for the Queensize, the Queen is standard 80" long - and the sheets are sold everywhere. The Queen is 7" wider than a full size 60" x 80".
A One-Piece

We usually recommend the one-piece Queen for One person. If you are a couple, then we would usually recommend either the Dual Queen or the Dual King (9 out of 10 couples get the Dual King. (The one-piece Queen is the strongest bed Electropedic makes: 6 casters instead of 4, heavy duty motors, heavy duty frame, etc.) The One Piece Queen is what most decorators recommend (even over the One Piece King).

If you live outside of California, you will buy the Eastern King. Usually, the One Piece King is for one person. Most couples buy the Dual King. Bottom Fitted Sheets for both sizes are easily available.

The Dual King is usually recommended for two people, because the reason people LOVE Electropedic Beds, is that each one can adjust to every position at any time you wish. If you have a One Piece Bed, two people cannot individually adjust. The Dual King 76" x 80" is the standard size Kingsize Bed as the Eastern King. (It is 6" wider, and 4" less long than a one-piece CA King). Most people purchase the standard 76" x 80". When you buy the Dual King, you are actually buying two Twin Extra Longs side by side. Whether you buy a Twin Regular or Extra Long or (CA) King Length - the bending in the middle is the same (the factory just adds the extra lengths at the very top and bottom). We recommend the 76" x 84" if the husband is over 6'1" tall. If you are between sizes, again, we ask you if you have longer legs than normal, or if you tuck in your sheets by your feet - if you answer yes to either questions, we usually recommend the longer length. Finding bottom fitted sheets for each side, 38" x 84" are available through Electropedic. Electropedic also, but does not usually recommend, the 72" x 84" California Dual King 2--36" x 84". It is not usually recommended for purchase, unless you are trying to save a special headboard/footboard combination (bottom fitted sheets for the two 36" x 84" are not to be found, unless special ordered - or you can get buy with 38" x 84" bottom sheets.)
The Dual Queen Electropedic Adjustable Bed is:
The Dual Queen is recommended for people who have a smaller bedroom, want to save an existing headboard or spreads. Most people choose the Dual King because it is a better buy - at the same price. The Dual Queen is two 30" x 80" beds, side by side, making up a standard Queensize bed 60" x 80". You put 30" x 80" fitted sheets on the bottom, and standard Queen top sheets, blankets on the top. If you are over 200 pounds the Dual Queen, 30" x 80" may not be wide enough for you (although you do less turning on an Electropedic Bed)

The Electropedic Factory makes two types of Mattresses:
Most people choose the Innerspring Adjustable Bed Mattress. But, if you have a lot of muscle, bone and nerve pain, we would highly recommend the Latex Foam. Instead of 320 Steel Coils supporting and cushioning your body, you have millions of Latexpillow Air Cells supporting and cushioning you. Again, we have made "Your Comfort Is Everything! our only business since 1964, and most of us at the Electropedic Factory sleep on the Latex Foam.

NOTE: If we sell 10 beds, one would choose a Soft, four would choose the Regular Firm, four would choose the Extra Firm and one would choose the Ultra Firm. Most people choose between the Regular Firm and the Extra Firm. If you have a bad back, we usually say choose the "Firmer" mattress. If you do not like a "too" firm mattress, we usually say, choose a less Firm mattress. If you are over 70 years old, we usually say go less Firm. If you are over weight, we usually say go "Firmer".

FRAME

High carbon steel the strongest steel available - designed to last forever
Riveted
joins, tension spacers. Each moving joint is professionally riveted
with tension spacers (not nuts and bolts)
Metal on metal. When flat, the steel frame that elevates the bed rests on the high carbon steel frame that never moves (does not rest on a wood base with reinforced sheet metal).
Frame supports the entire bed. The frame follows and supports each side and the complete length of the bed, providing full and complete support for the foundation and mattress, and looking exactly like a regular bed.
Standard nine-inch height. The frame sets nine inches off the floor, standard height of all regular bed frames, almost making for easy optional headboard installation.
MOTORS

2-Motors: one for your back and one for your legs.
Separate or together: You can electrically elevate your back and your legs separately or together.
Direct Drive: The motors are installed directly into the frame. There are not belts or plastic wheels between the frame and the motors which can break or wear down or will ever need service or lubrication.
Modular-Plug
design: In case of service, Electropedic's modular plug design allows
for quick and easy self-service anywhere in the world. Each motor,
and optional massage unit can be simply unplugged from the frame. It
should take any person without any mechanical experience less than five minutes
to remove and replace a motor.
No tools are necessary for replacement of motors (no nuts or bolts either) ... just your hands.
Extremely reliable. Each motor is separately tested before leaving our factory. The service rate in the home is less than 01%.
Maintenance Free. Your motor is entirely self-contained and self-lubricating. No oiling or greasing of the motors are ever necessary.
Quiet. We pay a premium to make our motors the quietest in the industry.
Built-in limit switches automatically turn the motors off when the bed is in the all-the-way-up position or down position. This protects the motors from over use and is one of the reasons they can have a 10-Year warranty.
Thermal Overload Switch. Your motors are protected from overheating and will temporarily turn off before they are damaged from overheating.
Dust Covers. We cover the screw mechanism for long-term protection against damage and noise that can be caused by dust.
Higher in the back and the legs. Electropedic has designed the Model 585 to go the very highest in the back and the legs. The back elevates to an almost complete sitting position.
Motors always concealed from view. The motors are concealed under the middle of the bed and are not in view while bed is operating.
Standard 110 outlet. No special wiring is needed. Just plug it in. (220 volt systems available for outside United States.)

Four solid hard rubber ball casters (Six on Queen and Kingsize) to provide lifetime support and easy mobility.
Roller ball bearing connections provide easy directional movement.
Inserted directly into frame (without nuts or bolts) for the strongest connection.

Lustran casing by Monsanto is lightweight, compacy and almost unbreakable.
Easy-to-read and easy-to-use buttons: Head Up, Head Down; Foot Up, Foot Down.
Buttons are recessed so they cannot be worn or broken.
Long cord so you can adjust yourself while resting anywhere on your bed, allowing to keep hand control conveniently by your side.

When you buy an adjustable bed motorized frame, the basic components are the Frame, Motors, Hand Control and Casters. The Model 585 All Steel Frame supports the complete length and width of the bed (all other adjustable beds have a mini-steel frame surrounded by a box). The Model 585 has a 25 YEAR NON-PRO-RATED GUARANTEE PARTS AND LABOR on the Frame.
When you order direct from the Electropedic Factory, you are ordering direct

QUALITY . . .Do you know how you can sometimes see quality? The Electropedic is the only adjustable bed that looks exactly like a regular bed. There is a fine attention to details. The mattress stopper bar has a cover over it, the mattress stopper bar is connected to the steel frame (not just to wood - like all other adjustable bed manufacturer's), the material on the mattress is a woven material, there are dust covers on the motors, there is a layer of typar covering the bottom of the foundation, . . .
